Services to the K-12 Educational System

Strategic Partnerships has extensive experience with both large and smaller school districts for almost 28 years through its management of one of our nation's largest and most successful programs for helping at-risk young people succeed in school and on the job, Jobs for America's Graduates. In addition, Strategic Partnerships has helped corporate, non-profit, and higher education clients work with K-12 educational systems on a variety of research and demonstration projects.

One key element of Strategic Partnerships services has been built around the identification and securing of resources from both the public and private sectors to help support critical educational objectives.

Strategic Partnerships is positioned to assist school systems in assessing the full range of needs and capacities to fully utilize federal, state, and/or private-sector funding on behalf of the school district. After assessment of needs, Strategic Partnerships can assist in the design and execution of strategies to secure desired additional resources to support critical educational objectives, and, as may be needed, support the preparation of proposals as well as the follow-up and support for their submission and negotiation.

As may be needed, Strategic Partnerships can further assist in developing the capacities and capabilities of the school district staff to systematically identify, assess, and carry out the pursuit and securing of available federal and state funding for which the school district is eligible and which offer opportunities for achieving the educational objectives of the school district.
